1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During busy seasons or product launches, please allow a little extra time for your order to be processed. We are a small team and greatly appreciate your support of our micro-business.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs may cause delays)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (before tax and after discounts).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@herahues.com
5. Incorrect or Missing Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address and a new shipping fee are confirmed.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact your local postal service or carrier directly. We’re always happy to help with tracking information where possible.
7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country’s regulations.
Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges or predict what they may be.
8. Preorders
If you purchase an item marked as “Preorder,” please refer to the estimated ship date on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together unless otherwise noted.
