Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges on unworn items with tags still attached.

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Returns

• We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund total.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Worn lingerie or items without tags

• Underwear bottoms, thongs, or bodysuits

• Items marked “final sale”

Condition Requirements

Returned or exchanged items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of scents or marks

• With all tags and packaging intact

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund or exchange is complete.
