We currently ship to all of the US for a flat shipping fee of $3. All orders over $99+ qualify for free shipping with discount code FREESHIP99

International shipping

Hera Hues currently does not ship internationally. However, it is in the pipeline as something we are working hard on. Please continue to check back for updates as to when we will be shipping worldwide.

Returns

Return & Exchange Cost

Returns and exchanges happen, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. Customer’s requesting returns will be charged a flat $3 shipping fee. Our standard shipping fee will be waived for customer’s requesting a product exchange. Please see below for additional return and exchange details.

30 Days to Return

Your purchase is important to us as we greatly appreciate your support in our small business. Hera Hues will be honoring 30 day returns and exchanges for all unworn orders that have original tags intact. The 30 day return eligibility cycle starts on the day the order is delivered to the shipping address on the order.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges will be honored within the 30 day return/exchange window for unworn garments. Due to the sale of intimate apparel, all tags must remain on the purchased pieces.
