If I want to make an exchange, what is the process?

Does Hera Hues design these pieces?

While we are progressing into the design process to establish our own line at Hera Hues, we are currently only curating pieces from established lingerie brands across the world.

How do I get free shipping on my order?

All orders over $99+ qualify for free shipping. During the checkout process, enter FREESHIP99 in the promo code portion to unlock!

If I make a return do I have to pay the $3 shipping fee?
